One Ventricular part 15 cm long radio-opaque OD 2.5 mm ID 1.3 mm closed at the end withn black silicone tantalum impregnated plug the end has 32-40 holes supplied with stylet Three straight connectors. External CSF Drainage System

Uses:

For draining of CSF from Ventricles or Lumbar region of spinal cord

Ventricular External CSF Drainage System

One Ventricular part 15 cm long radio-opaque OD 2.5 mm ID 1.3 mm closed at the end withn black silicone tantalum impregnated plug the end has 32-40 holes supplied with stylet. Supplied ready to use in double peel open packs sterilized by EO.

One CSF collection bag made up of one unitized PVC bag of 40 x 16 cm containing two separate measuring chambers of 900 ml & 50 ml attached with air vent, inlet unit, outlet point and a holding cord. Inlet unit is attached to a connecting tube haveing a stopper and luer lock connector. Drip chamber of inlet unit can be used to monitor fluid flow.A measuring scale is also attached to the PVC bag for regulating flow by way of lowering or raising the bag.

One Interconnecting tube 130 cm long provided with a flow regulator, stopper and a three way stop cock. Both ends have suitable luer lock connectors.

Supplied ready to use in peel open packs sterilized by EO.

Lumbar External CSF Drainage System

One Lumbar part (lumbar end) radio-opaque 30 cm long OD 1.5 mm ID 0.7 mm . Proximal end bears multiple holes. The tube is marked at 5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm distance from proximal perforated tip. It can pass through 14 gauge Touhey needle. The catheter is supported by a teflon coated guide wire with flexible tip.

One Interconnecting tube 130 cm long provided with a flow regulator, stopper and a three way stop cock. Both ends have suitable luer lock connectors.

Supplied ready to use in peel open packs sterilized by EO.

G-Bone Synthetic

G-Bone Synthetic is purely made by chemical processes. It has very low crystalline structure & it is a mixture of many compounds of Calcium. The major constituent of this product are low crystalline Hydroxyapatite, Tricalcium phosphate, biphospahte and some calcium carbonate.

It is porous material. Porosity is created by creating voids in the mixture while curing. Although there is no set pattern. Porosity ranges from 40-65%.

G-Bone Synthetic being a low crystalline structure is fast absorbed by body. Bone healing is always by way of creeping substitution so by using G-Bone systhetic bone healing will be faster.

Synthetic bone grafting material has been found to work better in areas of cancelous bone rather than cortical bone.

G-Bone Modified HA

G-Bone Modified HA is derived from natural sources. Through various Chemical and mechanical processes natural HA is processed then finally sintered at a very high temperature above 300-400 degree centigrade. The HA gets converted into a highly crystalline structure with a porosity ratio, structure & orientation like natural bone.

G-Bone Modified HA is highly crystalline structure. It is poorly/slowly absorbed by the body. It works better where slow absorption is required.
